Booking Agreement
Welcome to Skin Lab by Kay. Our studio specializes exclusively in high-end facial treatments designed to nourish and glow. By booking a session, you agree to our standard terms of service. We focus solely on professional skincare applications to ensure each client receives a focused, premium experience. To maintain this high standard of care for everyone, we ask that you review our booking guidelines carefully before finalizing your appointment time with us.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We value your time and ours. If you need to change or cancel your facial, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the schedule running smoothly and fairly for all of our valued guests.
Late Arrivals and Timely Care
Please arrive on time for your glow. We offer a 15-minute grace period; however, arriving later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or a full cancellation to avoid impacting the next client. In these cases, the full or partial service fee will still apply. Please note that these policies are subject to change at any time to better serve our community.
